Clearing Your Cache
Sometimes when you visit a website, your browser saves a copy of it and doesn't fully reload the site until later. In this case, you have to manually reload it. Listed below are the steps for clearing your cache or temporary internet files. Please follow the steps below for the browser that you use. If you do not know what browser you use, you can click on Help and then click on About. You can also visit www.supportdetails.com and it will display which browser you use.
Clearing Your Cache in Internet Explorer:
1. Click on Safety at the top of your browser.
2. Click on Delete Browsing History.
3. Uncheck everything EXCEPT Temporary Internet Files.
4. Click Delete.
5. Click the button that has the two arrows beside the address bar to refresh/reload the page.
Clearing Your Cache in Firefox:
1. Click on Tools.
2. Click on Clear Recent History.
3. Select Everything for "Time Range to Clear."
4. Click the arrow beside Details to display more options.
5. Uncheck everything EXCEPT Cache.
6. Click on Clear Now.
7. Click on the button that is a semi-circle arrow beside the address bar to refresh/reload the page.
Clearing Your Cache in Safari on a Mac:
1. Click on Safari.
2. Click on Empty Cache.
3. Click on Empty.
4. Click on the Reload button. This is usually found to the right of your address bar.
